We have a 17ft professionally branded catering trailer supplying our handmade, craft smoked hot dogs made from Scottish Farm Assured beef and pork with our secret blend of ten herbs and spices. We have a range of toppings and make all our own condiments including our own BBQ sauce made using Illy espresso coffee. We also provide a range of speciality chips such as sea salt, Parmesan & rosemary and smoked paprika & garlic aioli. In addition to this we cater for vegetarians and vegans. We cater a wide range of events including music festivals, agricultural shows, corporate events and weddings.
